IPGI is an organization that works to build individual, institutional, national and organizational capacity for peace and good governance.  Institutions and organizations are founded on principles and visions. While building the various structures needed to drive growth is important, the people as the carriers and custodians of these principles and the attitude with which they engage become an important factor.  Therefore, our focus is on personal transformation and attitudinal change that fosters systemic transformation and feeds into wider institutional, organizational and national structures and cultures that facilitate, good governance, development, peace and unity.
